First off, I would like to congradulate you guys for what you have done with your business since the last time I spoke to Jason....Amazing...
I noticed that in your ad for oil change service you made a comment that Yamaha oil filters are all you use on the Rhino.
My Q is why?
Is it simply to avoid any potential controversy...and/or a matter of your having access to oem parts...or is there something more to it...as in...do you have any absolute facts about the Rhino and oil filters the rest of us should know about...???
I currently use the Purolator Pure One PL14610 and I believe it is actually better than the oem filter...It's just my opion based on my personal experience with the Rhino and the three oil filters I have used...oem, ST 7317, and the Pure One along with what I have read...most of which is in this article and the links to oil...as well as some oil pressure tests that Chandler ran on these three filters...
Thanks for the question. We stated that in our special oil changes thread to put the customers at ease knowing that we are using genuine Yamaha oil filters and not just some cheap $2.00 filter for the "Limited Time Service". I am on your side and personally use K&N on all my race engines, but to save the questioning some may have we just went that route. Thanks again!
